Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns and exchanges under certain conditions. Please read the policy below carefully.

Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with the size, we offer one free exchange. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, with all tags and packaging intact.

Exchange window: Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  1. Contact us: Email our customer service team with your order number and the new size you need.
  2. Return shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back. Please use a trackable shipping method.
  3. Inspection & dispatch: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the new size to you at our expense.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted if the item is unworn and in its original condition, including packaging and tags.

Return window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Restocking fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  1. Notification: Contact us within 7 days to initiate the return process.
  2. Return instructions: You are responsible for return shipping. The item must be securely packaged and sent via a trackable service.
  3. Refund process: After receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue a refund minus the 15% restocking fee to your original payment method.

If the order originally had free shipping but is refunded, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. All personalized and custom-made items are final sale. Any exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.
